★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice people and helpful. Great with children, providing info to get the child started and patiently explained what are needed. Good start for a child's hobby. No up-sell. Sufficient variety. We ended up quite regular as the child kept replacing fish after previous ones died.
Simple and honest with reasonable price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We normally go to the Polyart in Clementi but when I noticed this (new?) branch in Bukit Batok, we thought to check it out as it's much closer to home. Turns out to be newer, less crowded (just a little bit) and with much less selection. But as it's less busy, the staff have more time to help and chat. Very nice. The things on sale seem to be also on the slightly cheaper side (which is always good). There is also a section outside the shop that's all for the birds. Noisy but nice. Overall, 5 stars for service but 4 stars for selection and completeness.
