Household got 2 covid cases 1 adult+ 1 kid below 5, but MOH did not link them under 1 household. Stated from the start unable to do home recovery programme (HRP) due to vulnerable member in household, but they assigned the kid to HRP. Adult was assigned to go facility. I already Kept emphasizing there were 2 cases in the family from the start but everyone just like to call and ask, what's the child name , ic and all details then ask who is the adult and ask and ask and ask. In the end message also never pass across. I am very puzzled WHY THERE WASN'T A DATABASE or something? Called in many times and recieve many multiple calls and spoken to >15 pax. Everyone just like to say calling from MOH but doesn't state which dept they are from. Called back to look for the specific person but they will just tell you, they don't know who and where this person was from. Many miscommunications and the different department just don't communicate. Finally, assigned our family covid cases to a total of 5 different locations over the span of 3 days when I already have told them not to assign any locations anymore and we will jolly well stick to HRP. They threatened us to sign "LOU" but it was their mistake at the first place to assign the kid to HRP what. And said we needed to appeal to do HRP?? We already given up hope on the MOH. . Many lapses and loopholes.. I hope the minister will respond this incident. The management system and assignment seriously need to change . They don't even take your feedback seriously and kept saying we understand your situation? And everyday people are just calling and following protocol blindly.

MOH sent my mum a e-mail informing her of her 3rd injection. I tried many times to lock in using the code provided but always fail to lock in. I also tried calling the hot line and is always engaged. I left my phone no. for them to contact back but after 4 hours still got no reply. Why our PAP always never do something that never give problem for the citizen ?

I tested Positive on 27 Feb 2022 on C3 Family Clinic. But i didnt get any msg from MOH that indicate im positive so my company think i play on MC...

This is to bring your attention against Loh& loh clinic and surgery. 501 west coast drive, #01-284. Singapore 120501. Saturday night I bring my parents to this above clinic for pre-depature PCR test bcz Monday they got early morning flight. The moment we go inside the clinic. Their service was quite messy. But still I let my parents sit. Then I enquired the counter person regarding predepature pcr text that I wanted to do. I also clearly told them for who (that's for my parents). But the counter person pre-assumed that the test was for me. Intially I thot they double check but I felt personally they never pay attention to me at all. Then the counter staff said yes we do, it's just nice for 48hrs. When I asked for price they said 48$+. I said ok we wanna do.Meanwhile before they call my parents for test. The whole clinic very noisy and they chit chat, playing around without any seriousness. They were 2girls and 1 guy. No sense of seriousness. No customer service. Since it was near by clinic. i don wanna take my parents very long. so just thot of doing it there. Then when out turn came to see the doctor. The counter staff pass the test kit to doctor thru the pigeon hole in which the label had wrong gender for my mom.The doctor himself realised that it was wrong and apologised.After the test, doctor pass the specimen to the lady to do relabelling. Not sure she did not or not. Then wen I went for payment she told $139/ person.i was totally shocked because intially she told $48. For that she said sorry its ART price. In that first place I never ask about ART price. This clearly shows from the beginning the staff never pay attention to all my details. PRE DEPARTURE PCR is a sensitive test for people like us. Its not a joke u see. Now the test result turned to be positive which really adds fuel to suspicion. They don hv any symptoms so far. Because of this I hv to cancel my parents n flight n rebook again. If I wanna do retest also it involves a lot of money Due to the negligence and disingenuous behaviour of that staff, my whole family is stressed. 1.Mental stress.. They are senior citizens here to spend some good time with me but the end of their visit ,the result panicked us 2.Financial stress Now again I Need to pay for the predepature PCR which is again 280 over dollars plus postponing of flight charges is $120. It's really a big money for me. Their silly mistakes hv screwed up everything. My concern is due to their carelessness & mishandling, everything now hv turned into mess.i cud not even go for work. Hope you could understand the seriousness of this issue and please make sure the staffs working for clinic or hospitals are supposed to hv more responsible nature.This kind of inappropriate behaviour is totally unacceptable especially in Singapore. Looking forward for an immediate response.

Sleeping! Called numerous times and days but was put to a round the clock answering machine. Was only given option 1 for Covid query but i did not call for covid issue. No other option was available and no one respond to the many calls and the line auto cut off by itself after a while. Very annoying. Please wake up!

Lady at the MOH self testing hotline said I can test positive on ART because I'm sick? She strongly implied it was not from COVID? I didn't know this was the MOH position.

Last year 13 Oct as I've been covid Positive. Including my mom being covid positive. My mom was highly anxious and forced me to request to be same room and take transport together at Community Care Facility. Where the Doctor from polyclinic. It was confusing which contact should I call!? HRP number 68744939. Were not good and Certis covid number called me at the bad manners. It was hard and mentally. MOH should give me instructions for me as the contact number. Respond were very slow where I am going to be self-isolated as HRP was not eligible and mom wanted me Last-minute let me go until MOH never respond till 4th day of covid positive. Gave Me HRP instead. Due to high covid! I am not going to be covid positive again!!! MOH should come over to the house for people with special needs and more than 2 covid positives. Life is hard!!!!! Bee crying non-stop and pained.

I keep on trying to call the hotline regarding issues of my vaccination status. NO ONE gets back to me. It's so difficult to have this issue with trace together as you always need to show your vaccination status when you eat and enter malls. UPDATE: Best time to call them is in the morning, after repeatedly trying last time. Finally managed to get in call with the customer service agent. They helped me with my problem and resolved the issue right away.
