I would like to give recognition to Miss Lim from the Medical Reports Department. She is extremely helpful and understanding in helping me to know what reports that I should apply and even advice me further on some personal issues. Her advice help me a lot! Other staffs can learn from her!

V bad service, we went to blk 2 for x ray but the staff told my dad is not correct place n we went back to blk 3 again to ask them. They direct us back to blk 2 where we first went to and then same staff told us to join the queue when we were there slight earlier than another lady but she served that lady instead of my dad. Makes it look like we cut the queue when we actually are not. First bad service was when we submitted medisave form using my brother account 1 week earlier as we need to go to novena for Mir so we are not going to specifically made a trip down to sgh just to pass them the medisave form when we live in woodlands. But when the bill comes for Mir, got a shock , full pyt needed but no medisave reflected, after few days of chasing then manage to get back to us n then told us form misplaced and for convenience sake used my dad medisave account which I feel that it's not fair. My dad medisave account is low n so we decide to use our account so no need to top up cash.

My father-in-law, 81 years old this year, has been a patient with SGH for several years due to his water retention, high BP and breathing problems. A month ago, the doctor told him not to come to the hospital anymore! Not because he has recovered but because of the seriousness of his case and nothing can help. He was so affected after hearing that. I mean YOU CAN'T TELL THAT TO A PATIENT, right?! What poor etiquette! The hospital can communicate that to their family members instead. Do you know how much that has affected him?! He went home in a daze and was in that state for days! He has no appetite, was in a low mood, not processing what we are telling him, was lost in his world etc etc and his condition plummet. Today, he is in a hospice and his condition is grim. I must say that SGH is a direct cause of his worsen condition today. Note to healthcare workers: Do you know why you want to be in this profession?

Thanks ?? so much for all your effort to All Singapore Frontline Workers and Everyone Of them in Hospital, Doctors , Nurses and All the Staff !! And also their family member for Understanding of their hard work!! We don't know what to say to you all but really Really thanks so much!! Without you all, we cannot be so Safe and Healthy!! Terribly long waiting time even with appointment. Had to wait 6-7 hours for ultrasound and pre assessment for biopsy. Requests were not taken seriously and responsibly. Doctor only suggested some treatment but did not bother to explain in detail just asking if you wish to go ahead or not. Felt like not much choice except to go ahead to see if will help with my conditions. Bad experience during biopsy when I felt like the veins on my arm nearly bursting and whole arm turned purplish black and painful when they tried to take blood pressure, no kidding. Had been to few hospitals before and never had to endure that kind of treatment. While waiting outside at surgery ward can also hear the commotion inside was very noisy like a wet market. It's unprofessional and scary. After feedback via patient feedback form they only called and said will do better and didn't seem very apologetic about what had happened. Not sure if their QSM knew about the feedback. Seems like trying to cover up for their colleagues. Very bad experience , not recommended to pay more as private patient and get frustration, inconvenience and disappointment in return. If given a choice in future will not return.

THIS IS THE WORT HOSPITAL EVER IN SG! Just because it is very cheap for us locals, doesn't mean its beneficial! My dad had to wait 7 hours just to get his stitching which he was waiting in Pain for the 7 long draining hours!!! Really regret coming here! Definitely would rather spend more to get a faster treatment in a private hospital than this Horrible place.

Warded at blk 4 ward 42 room 5 bed 5 very pleased with the staff nurse and nurses very attentive, polite and helpful. Awesome service
