★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although its more pricey ($50), but the quality its good because they actually sew the sole to the shoes itself instead of just using glue to glue back the sole, this really prevent the sole from coming out again especially my shoes material is different to the normal shoes materials. Besides that they also help to polish my shoes and retie my shoeslace. Hence I feel its worth the price. Will come back again if my shoes need any repair

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time experiencing such bad service quality. Customer service was acceptable. But workmanship was terrible.
Wallet was not handled with care. Store holder gave me back a unfinished product. My zip was full of deep scratches. When told that it's full of scratches. Store holder took it back and buff of the sharp edges and gave it back.
I have posted the final product pictures. Such a unpleasant finish. I'm more upset then disappointed. Cause I have been really taking care of my wallet for such a long time. Hais. Please be mindful with costly products. If you are unable to provide acceptable service, please let your customers know. I wasn't in a rush to get it done.
