Don’t really know what they’re doing. If pre-sales is so unreliable, I’m seriously doubtful post sales is going to be any different or worse. And I’m only requesting for simple specs or a brochure, and it was impossible.
Messaged the day before, got a reply the day after late afternoon, asked for updates and well you can see for yourself. In between I called the company to speak to someone who promised to send the brochure in ten minutes at 4:15pm. Got another lacklustre reply from Michelle telling me she will send me an email “now” 4:23pm.
Never received it.
Then called the company again, and they don’t seem to know their own products well, I asked specifically about the Premier 1 model, and had to wait while they checked for price and size. With unwavering faith in Michelle, they insisted she actually showed them the WhatsApp text to me to ‘prove’ she replied and responded. Anecdotal evidence of you claiming will do something without actually doing it is not actually proof ?
5:30pm. Brochure still not sent, what a joke.
