★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did not go down to the showroom at all as my salesperson, Stella, did a good job in explaining the product details, specifications and usage. Everything was smooth and hassle free, so the order was confirmed via the phone. She also arranged to bring down 2 colours for me to choose as I could not decide between the black or green. My installer, Jack was also very patient in explaining the usage and steps to change the filters. He installed another water valve for me nearer to the dispenser as the power socket is far from it. He was funny too and made the installation process swift and engaging. Thumbs up to both Stella and Jack! Thank you so much!

My installer is uncle Jack, he is super efficient and friendly, kept the whole area very clean throughout the installation process. Thank you Stella and uncle Jack!

Overall the process was quick and fuss free. Now I do not need to constantly boil water everyday, which is a hassle at times.
