★ ★ ★ ★ ★ only unreasonable people will complain abt little things. went there few times & their service is not that bad. when u respect people.. u will not for no reason get bad treatments. saw with my own eyes that customers are really unreasonable... PLEASE PEOPLE, reflect on your own attitude before u want to complain. staff there are also humans, RESPECT them & definitely u will get mirror response (customers bad attitude equals bad service.. good attitude equals good service). kudos to staff of clementi fotoexpress.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most incompetent and rude staff I have ever seen. I email them a bunch of pictures in ZIP and two PDF. Claim that they can’t print PDF and can’t unpack a standard ZIP file. Rude throughout the entire time as though it’s my fault that they’re stupid. Stay away, they’re just going to waste your time.

Staff was extremely rude and disorganised. Kept rushing me to check pics even if I cldnt see as I haven’t even put on my glasses. Didn’t inform of waiting time and forgot to send soft copy even tho paid $4 extra for soft copy thank god I checked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Similar feedback to the rest on the poor customer service at clementi branch. I wanted to print some photos out and the transfer via Bluetooth was super slow e.g. 1 min or more per pic. I decided to explore other options and saw a WiFi choice.
I asked the lady wearing glasses with short hair on how to upload via WiFi, which she then rudely asked me what phone I was using, and then continued to rudely instruct me with a judgemental look in her eyes to press Bluetooth. Duh I already knew that.
Anyway gave up on trying to get my photos printed as the Bluetooth was really transfer at a snail pace. And I had 60 plus pictures.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If only i can rate 0 star lol. just went there to take my passport photo. two ladies were so rude and have attitude problem. One was wearing a spectacle with short hair. another one was chubby. really disappointed with the service. Like eventhough you are busy, you r not supposed to treat your customers like that. seriously will never go there again ew

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very worst customer service. I went by 12.30, staff over there rudely said we already closed. 2nd time she talk very rude. Few month before same staff talk very rude while I ask for print photo. She never listen what I am trying to say.

Poor Service!, UNKIND and UNFRIENDLY staff! The staff was rude when I went to get a passport size photo. They are Asking for $8 to print 4R photo.
Just because I listed my baby photos in a passport photo format. But I print the 4R photo for daycare admission form.
Please be careful when you are printing photos with Foto Express

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been here quite a few times and am impressed with the service. Affordable services as well - document printing, photo taking for passports, photo printing. Understand from the previous negative reviews on the lack of service provided, this is due to shortage of manpower. Experienced one day where they only had two staff and one had to go for lunch and the only onsite staff were attending to customers for all types of services.
