We got the lady to help us do the screen protector for us, just after 2 weeks bubbles started appearing under the screen protector

I would like to review on one of your staff (Clavin) there was only one female staff wearing White Green, and a male staff wearing black.
On 130pm, 17/1/2021.
This male staff Was the one who sold me one Of the particular UNLIMITED phone screen protector for iPhone 11pro Max, that was a Few months back.
He was nice back then and really sold it in a way I ended up getting the protecter that is valid for 1 year, and unlimited times to change the protector.
Today I went there to get my screen protector change,
And I can hear him saying this βhuh, him again Ahβ(as translated in Chinese(you zai lai).
I am VERY disappointed on this. He sold me this screen protector. And right now I am just gonna change it for the 2-3rd time, and I got this attitude from him? what is this. If knowing I would receive this kind of reply, I wouldnβt have gotten it in this first place. I am VERY displeased on this and I hope you speak to that male staff. Because i am NOT happy with his attitude of your staff.

β β β β β You have a very rude and ignorant salesperson on the floor on 02.01.2021. Claimed that my iPhone12 Pro Max camera is not good just because I used a protector film cover and proceed to show how good he has in hand. I am looking for a hard case for my phone and he claimed that on my 1 month phone asset!
Just because he wanted to sell the product to me, as a consumer, I would like to be explained of the viability of it, not claiming otherwise. Soon after, I was about to leave, he raised his voice and mentioned, βCome buy, your camera no goodβ! Addition to that, he has bad english spoken diction.
Kindly educate your sales staff on customer service and product knowledge before it gets out of hand. This is something uncouth for!
