Dishonest business. Sold me used Samsung Note 10 as BNIB when it's a refurbished unit. Luckily I got to return it and got fully refunded. Found this place on carousell and was attended by Daniel. He was quick to slit open the plastic wrapping for me to "check" before I even confirmed my purchase. I was not given a chance to inspect the packaging and seal. While seated, men from neighbour units (presumably sister company) started coming in. I felt really uncomfortable and unsure about the "BNIB Samsung Note 10" and felt pressurised to make a purchase in the presence of those men because the package was already opened. They claimed that that the Note 10 doesn't come with a screen protector in their "newer release", multiple youtube videos would prove otherwise. The free slim fit case that comes with the Samsung Note 10 was replaced with a bumper case. They claimed that bumper case is the "newer release" again. "Brand New Samsumg Note 10" claimed to have 2 years Samsung warranty but Daniel claimed it doesn't matter and they can provide me with warranty as well. Later confirmed with samsung customer service that it has expired from previous warranty registration. What a joke of a business. Daniel is dishonest and extremely sketchy from the start. Will not recommend this dishonest business to anyone. Please stay away from this shop.

Staff is rude and trade-in price cannot compete with most other stores. I seriously won't consider them at all.

I was cheated here just before Xmas. I bought a "new" Samsung S21+ from Daniel, a slim and "nice" young Chinese guy, for $1038. In the middle of transfering my data from the old phone to the new phone, he suddenly demanded that I pay him cash. But at first, he said he accepted nets. Then he became very rude to me and shouted at me. Wow! From a nice guy to a monster... Anyway bought the phone since data was transferred and went away with not a good feeling. I felt very uncomfortable about the whole experience and unsure about the "new Samsung S21 Plus". I took it into a phone shop in Bedok Central. The staff pointed out to me that it was not a new phone! It was a "refurbished phone". The back cover had been opened before, plus a few other things. Only when the guy pointed this out to me did I see it, as I am no expert. Also, Daniel had "opened a new box" in front of me so I did not question anything. Re the warranty, Daniel wrote on the receipt "1 year Samsung warranty" which I understand to be from the date I bought the phone from him. But upon checking with Samsung SG, the phone had already been registered much earlier in March 2021. So I went back to Daniel and asked for a refund. He was very rude and scolded me Hokkien expletives... anyway, he refunded me my money, but it was $100 less than what I paid him. He said it's because he doesn't know what I've done to the S21+. Unbelievable! What a cheat and a gangster! I also went to the police about this. The police said I should have called 999 for assistance when Daniel was poking his finger near my face. But there's no criminal case since he has "refunded" me. Be very careful here.
