★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At about 14 July 7pm, I visited this place wanting to get a casing for my mobile device. I ask to take a look at 2 casings but was turned down by the sales lady rudely, stating loudly in the shop they do not offer demo.
1. If customers are not allowed to view actual product, they might as well get from e-commerce platforms, it’s cheaper anyway.
2. Don’t understand why they have to hire such a person. The other salesperson I bought from months ago was so much friendlier and accommodating.
Later on, I circled around and past by the shop, there was another customer in the shop but she was busy playing her mobile, seem oblivious to what’s happening in the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went at 12th July around 7.20pm to get screen protector and case for my new phone. The staff, Ramona, was meticulous when helping to install the accessories.
Overall experience was good, most importantly, a honest shop with staff that shows interest in their work. Will definitely recommend to anyone looking to get their phone accessories

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their custom cut screen protector is case friendly and works perfectly with edge screens and fingerprint sensor. Most importantly their staff were skillful at applying the protectors.
Well worth the money paid considering the quality and workmanship.
