Our dearest family dog passed away at a vet clinic and we reached out to Mobile Pet Cremation immediately to check if we could have her cremated - to which they agreed despite it being extremely last minute. When we got there, they prepared a beautiful ceremony for our love. We got to cover her with orchids and write last words to her. We took longer than expected to say our goodbyes but they never rushed us, instead offered us tissues and kind words. After the cremation, they delivered our baby to our home the next day. Thank you MPCS.

We have been using their service for all our guinea pigs. They and very responsive, professional and sympathetic. Pick up was done within an hour and they will return the urn on the next day. As we did not attend the ceremony, the team even seek for our approval via text before they proceed with the cremation. Thank you for your great service!

My hamster, Snowball, passed away at 7.25pm on Wednesday due to old age. However my daughter was not back from class yet so when I contacted MPC to make arrangements, Alvin was very professional and understanding. I asked if they can pick up Snowball once she comes back and he was alright too. MPC staff came within 20 mins after I told Alvin we are ready and his staff came with a clean hamster travel cage, a disposable hospital looking napkin spread to wrap Snowball. We requested for cremation next day at 4.30pm once kids are back from school. Though the place is remote and challenging for sedan cars to drive down the dirt track, their staff greeted us when we arrived. They had the table with Snowball's photo etc decorated n ready for us. They briefed us and the simple procedures, gave us private moments to bid our last goodbye and asked us permission to start the cremation. Following that, we chose the urn to place Snowball's ashes, made payment and went home to wait for them to deliver his urn that same night. All was really professional and swift. Big thanks to MPC team. We ended our last journey with Snowball a peaceful and calming one. We added our bracelet rosary on Snowball's urn to rest at our altar so that every morning when we pray, Snowball is beside Jesus and Mother Mary.

Just wanted to say a heartiest thank you to Alvin and his team. From the collection of my rabbit, the cremation and the delivery of the urn, me and my family felt very assured by your team’s professionalism and sincere service. Thank you once again for giving my little friend a dignified send off. I hope I won’t have to use ur service again soon but if my friends or relatives need a recommendation, you guys will be the top of my mind. Mr.Alvin and Team were very professional in handling such service. Everything was clear and smooth from handling a phone call up to the actual preparation and ceremony. Mr. Goh who assisted us and arranged the funeral was also very professional and gave respect to the carcass. My late dogs, Baby (2019) and Leslie (2022), cremation were done with Mobile Pets. They are very respectful, professional, patience and understanding. They made the last ride for them with dignity, comforting for owners. They also understand the pain owners feel, and give us ample time to say our last goodbye. From picking up the body to cremation, to sending for sea scattering, hassle free for us. For owners who are still unable to let go, they will deliver the urn back to home. Excellent and top notch cremation service by Mr Alvin and his team. The ceremony was sensitively handled in a most polite and caring manner. The staff also asked for permission before turning on the fire before the cremation started. The family was given sufficient time to experience the ceremony without rush. The whole process was very professionally handled. The kids get to witness our hamster's death in a positive way. Thank you for your wonderful service.
