★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please do not drop off any items to them to return to Ninja or Lazada. The store assistant said “ you can drop off, whether they want to pick up i cannot confirm. If your item lost, is your problem. I can scan the drop off qr code, but i will not responsible on your items."
What is this? It is stated on Lazada app that I can drop the return items there! If the company is not keen with this task or care about responsibility, then just remove your company from the listing. Don't be a partner of Ninja or Lazada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paid $180 to replace a cracked LCD screen for a Huawei handphone. A few days after replacement, the new screen became spoiled and cannot see clearly. After screen replacement, the phone was under normal use and was never dropped on floor or have any hard impact (which the shop agreed because there was no external crack). However, they refused to do anything to the problem. They said this is not their fault. They then tried to blamed us where we probably put high pressure on the phone and caused it cracked inside (of course we didn't and they don't have proof for the allegation). My original screen only got a little bit of crack. Now my phone cannot be used at all after paying $180 to them!
Definitely won't recommend them. Patronize them at your own risk.
