★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a screen protector for my iPhone 13 just a week ago from the Northpoint outlet, and the salesperson charged me $35.90 claiming that the protector is from Japan, which is both resistant to scratches and fingerprints. And just a week after, I had multiple scratches and fingerprints appearing on my phone screen. Not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful experience at this mobile shop. Asked the sales lady if she has camera protector for iPhone 13 pro, and she recommended me the box which contains 2 set of protectors for $29. She charged me the price of 2 which was $36 ($18 each) instead of $29. When I asked, she said it was because the iPhone models were different. Felt very cheated, at least she could have explained better and tell me to confirm first before persuading me to purchase it.
