It was 9.41 when I arrived at the Bedok Mall outlet. Door was locked and blocked with signage. A few staff were standing and eating at the counter. I motioned to staff and she said the door is closed. I looked at the signage on door again, it says open from 10am-10pm. Wasted my time rushing over to make it before 10pm but staff were either too lazy to do business or want to leave early.

Convenient location, as this mall is linked to a bus interchange and the train station. The shop itself is near the carpark, a plus for those who are driving. And it’s near Fairprice Finest, so you can easily pop in before or after your grocery shopping. Helpful and friendly service, and it’s a treat to watch the cute pets on display! Always a pleasure to shop here.

Located within bedok mall. Very convenient! Rather small outlet, can hardly go through the aisle when someone is standing there. Staff is friendly and helpful. Offers food supplies and other necessities such as pet shampoo, supplements, leash, etc for pets such as dogs, cats, rabbits, hamster, etc.

The service here was very good!! And the post previous was so demanding the sign there was 10-10pm yes but I think he or she blind or what it’s stated last transaction 9.40pm! I’m also work in retail line people don’t need do settlements? Like you so free? Pet lovers Bedok Mall is the best outlet I’ve been!

The shop is unable to dispense change until you type in your satisfaction with the service provided. The staff actually waits and stares at you, waiting for you to key in the rating, before concluding the sale. And really, would anyone put in a bad rating right in front of the staff serving them? Pai seyy, right? So no choice, must always punch in "Good" service, as the staff look on expectantly. Also need to bring your plastic bag or have to buy at 10 Cents. A little inconvenient and calculative I feel.

Memberships still has not gone digital n still uses a thin plastic card. Most places just have to key HP number for members. Pet Lovers still insist u to key in smiley faces for transactions to complete. So outdated. So archaic. So passe.

As a pet lover myself, it is a pleasure to patronise a store where pet lovers alike can browse for the best quality foods, treats and toys for our beloved pets. Although a small store, they do not fall short on the service provided. Staff at PLC never fail to provide the best advice and recommendations, especially for first time pet owners. However, being one of the smallest outlets I've visited so far, it is impressive to see how the staff manoeuvre around the store to attend to customers yet manage to serve with a smile despite the hectic times during busy hours. It is also wonderful to know that the staff themselves are avid pet lovers, having heard from one staff here sharing his own experiences and love for his pets. Animals here also seem to be healthy and happy and it is a great sight to see at every outlet with pets, ranging from terrapins, small animals and strikingly beautiful betta fishes. Items are generally stocked up often, though there may not be many brands available due to the shortage of space. However, to no avail, staff are always willing to assist in checking for the nearest outlet for our convenience. Overall, a great store to visit and will look forward to coming back to get supplies for my furry one!
