They are very patient and giving alot of good recommendation . Teaching us how to take care of puppies . Very knowledgeable . Reasonable price too ???? and they are giving us 10% discount for all item that's we bought . Extremely appreciate ?.

The minute you stepped your foot in you'd feel home, this is the first time to bring in my 2 girls for grooming. Im very satisfied with their service especially the help from Francis and Ann whom are very knowledgeable with all our queries. Apart from the cozy and clean place in and out of the store,I highly recommend this store due to a very reasonable price from goods to service. It was always the warmth of the people welcoming you here that will surely make us comeback. I make sure to spread the word PET MASTER indeed --to be your Furbabies needs and groomin place to visit.

We wanted to find a pet groomer for our seven month old Cavachonpoo in the east where we stay. My daughter's teacher recommended Pet Master @ Bedok. So I booked an appointment for full grooming on 11 March 2022. We were slightly late and arrived at around 11.10 am as we were lost. A grumpy lady was there. She sounded impatient and totally ignored my dog (she is definitely not a pet lover, my dog is ultra friendly and would usually greet the other groomers that we have brought him to). We left him there and went for lunch. To my utter surprise, I received a call a few minutes before 12 noon to say he was done! That was like just 45 minutes for full grooming? We went back and he was leashed onto a grooming table that was quite high and she left him unattended. When we arrived, my dog was so anxious and looked like he was going to jump off the table (if that happened, he could be in danger with the leash around his neck). A couple of days after the grooming, we found a bald patch on one of his hind legs - it looked like it was overshaved. The fur on his face was also long and definitely looked like it was not trimmed, with fur still covering his eyes and I had to trim it myself. This is defintely one of the worst groomers ever.

This is our third trip to this store since their opening. We had gone back to restock for some food we bought recommended in our second trip. The dry food/treats are great which our cat love especially when it is with crab as well as other healthy ingredients. We added it on top with the usual wet food. Photos: trying out some new food type too. The staff both Anne and her colleague are by far the most knowledgeable staff that we come across in Singapore. When we are not sure, we ask for their opinions and they give good personal views (we did not like it when staff don’t give any opinions of theirs which is so typical of other stores). They are also very helpful too. We also also appalled at the great variety food range that they have both besides cat food, they have dog and others too. Glad that they setup this store not long ago in the east (bedok) and close to the MRT.

Kumar has done a fantastic job for our Shiba Oreo! He is very detailed, meticulous and knows exactly how to calm an anxious dog down. As you can see, Oreo is incredibly relaxed during his grooming and he exhibits no discomfort or anxiety. Oreo looks incredibly spiffy after his grooming and I am happy to report that we will come back regularly for our grooming session with Kumar again!

This is a great place to bring your dog for shopping! I am a new dog owner and always need advise on food and accessories for my maltipoo. The staff here at Pet Master @ Bedok are very warm, accommodating, and helpful! The team composed of Francis, Janet, Ann, and Wai Ling, are very accommodating and would provide us with any advise needed and are very patient with us. We've been to other stores, but we always come back here to shop and buy because it's such a pleasurable experience being in this shop with the welcoming touch of the staff! Thank you, Pet Master! Thank you, most especially to Francis, who we observed to be very accommodating to all customers, and not just us. He is a great asset to Pet Masters and is highly commendable!

Company should really promote francis! Milo is a cat that my family and I recently fostered. We came down to get pet supplies from Pet Master @ Bedok and most noticeable a leash with harness as we wanted to start bringing milo for walks around our condominium garden. Francis he is very helpful in assisting us, this is our first time he recommended what size we should get, and what fits my cat best, he even demonstrated whether the harness was too tight for our cat. Top notch service. He gave my cat some freebies also.

I have been taking care of a few stray cats near my house and they all caught viral cat flu recently. One of them is a 2 month old kitten. Bringing all these strays to vet cause me a bomb and i was helpless until i visited Pet Master @ Bedok. The staff, a gentleman, recommended me some cat flu/cough remedy and eye drops for their eye infection. He gave me proper advice for the kitten handling. Unlike Pet Lover Centre in Bedok mall, I visited the shop before going to Pet Master, they just pushed me away saying that for young kitten better to bring to vet and they don't give advise or recommend me anything else. The gentleman at Pet Master even gave me all the freebies for the cats and kitten and i really really appreciated their kind service. The cats and kitten are recovering after 2 days of the medication and they totally love the free food given by Pet Masters! This will be my first choice Pet shop and I'll never want to look at other pet shop esp Pet Lover Centre again.
