★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been going to Bedok outlet for many years and was served with several staff unlike one staff by the name of JITEN is very patient and helpful. Always goes extra miles to assist with our needs but the only downside is, no longer open 24hrs. Overall, great experience??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There's a few pet stores in this area, but this is my favourite. Price is competitive and the customer service is very good and you can feel they are sincere to serve you, any questions about products are explained politely with recommendation by the staff on duty. Other pet stores in this area customer service can be impatient and grouchy, which is a turn-off and not make me want to visit again. Only gripe is that it is no longer 24 hours, as I do come monthly in the late nights to stock up on my supplies, wish this outlet can be 24 hours again.
