Big swimming pool.The pool was nice and all but the rules are too strict. You camt even have a ball in the pool. ok

The condo is great. Near MRT and mall. But I just have to commend Daphne from MCST, great personality and pleasure speaking to; truly one of the best.

The units here are spacious and the condo is well maintained. Located just across from Simei MRT and East Point mall - fantastic location. Some units do get more noise from the trains

Nice condo with all amenities. No super market. But you have all the things in just a step away, so it doesn’t make sense having one inside. MRT just opposite to the condo. East point mall opposite to the condo.

The water theme Feng Shui here is very good. It worked for me so far. To get tenants if you plan to rent is also very fast.
