★ ★ ★ ★ ★ terrible was in the store looking for some outerwear for my trip.Malay lady seemed like every questioned i asked was a burden and i even heard a male staff in the back ask his fellow staff member if i was in the wrong Valentino and if i can even afford the clothing.I am a customer and want to know about a product before buying it.Valentino isn't a 100-200 dollar brand of course i want to put some thought into my item before purchasing extremely horrible service.i shop a lot at Marina Bay Sands and have never receive service so disappointing in my life

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrendous service from a Malay lady (presumably), and if I recall her name was Mira. Her look towards me was extremely condescending the whole time as I asked to try on the shoes. She didn't even bother looking at me as I asked her questions about the product. She was probably keeping her eye out for customers who she thinks would make a purchase. Really absurd I would never purchase from this branch even though I think their shoes are absolutely gorgeous.
If you are looking to purchase anything from Valentino try the other branch at Ion you might have better luck. There is still good service to be found at some stores at MBS like Van Cleef & Arpels and Prada just not Valentino it seems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was served by Arnold who really took great pride in his job explaining the different shoes and sneakers to me and letting me try various models and sizes to find the perfect fit. I was really happy with Arnold's service as well as my purchase. 2 thumbs up and hope to patronise Valentino at MBS again soon??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sally was such a lovely SA servicing us down to the smallest of requests. The entire Valentino shop gave off a very calming vibe, and the areas behind were probably where you'll want to be hanging out at.
Got myself some tee shirts during their private sales, while the people with me got some shoes. Fitting room experience was once again another world of its own.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ LOVED meeting Sally, I'd got a bag from the France store and came into the Singapore store to see shoes, but she gave me styling tips on the bag and was the most friendly and knowledgeable luxury sales staff I've met. If I need anything I'll definitely be coming back because other staff at so many MBS stores are rude and look down on customers but I love that Valentino always has the nicest staff. It truly impacts customer experience and willing to buy their products because you feel the brand cares about you. Thank you Sally.
