Had a really great experience there. The eye test was conducted very throughly, and the frames selection was nice. I am very happy with the quality of my new specs, especially with the great price point! The staff was also very nice and helpful, and also very responsive over email.

Great store with lovely glasses, very professional and responsive staff. I ordered glasses with a prescription from another optometrist, and it turned out to be inaccurate. The staff kindly agreed to do one more eye test at the store and replace the old lenses based on the updated prescription at no additional cost. The new lenses fit perfectly.

The Eye test is super efficient and and the staff are all so lovely. They have all their frames laid out and give you all the time you want/ need to try them on and make your decision. The price point is honestly unbeatable for such good designs and high quality and they walk you through the process so it’s a super smooth and easy customer experience!

Process of purchasing the frames was relatively straightforward. External nose-pads could be done post-purchase: i reached out via their WA and was told that they would have the existing acrylic ones shaved down, and installed for $30. Upon collection, i was experiencing double vision. Having worn glasses for most of my life, this felt oddly disorientating and my vision distorted, to the extend that i could not focus on what i was looking at. Despite bringing it up and having the frames wiped down (?), it was brushed off as "needed getting used to'. It was odd to me as well, seeing as how i only brought the frames in to have the nose-pads installed. Note: there were no double vision with the frames prior to bringing it in. Yes, i understand the notion of our eyes adjusting to lenses. Thing is, this level of double vision from the R lens was oddly nauseating. Do make sure you get the assistance you need, if you feel your frames aren't comfortable. It definitely helps save a future trip down again.

Easy process from choosing the frames to collecting the glasses. Ended up choosing blue light lenses as recommended by the optometrist. Store was well designed too.

Designer pieces at a reasonable pricing, and had my favourite pick out of a wide range! Seamless process and attentive staff! :) Had a free acai treat as well with their new opening promo!

A new outlet at Haji Lane. Firstly the staffs are friendly and also experienced in introducing their items and how to differentiate the differences. Prices are transparent as well. A great local startup company and definitely worth to support. Gotten my Prescription Sunglasses here and look forward to it. Update on my prescription sunglasses: Received my goods in a week+ due to my order being customised. Item was nicely made and the parcel was very nicely protected.

Visited the Keong Saik branch yesterday with my family. The staff were wonderful, super helpful and patient to attend to all our needs. They’re clearly well-versed in the knowledge of specs and it was a very personalised experience. They are able to process prescription sunglasses within 4-7 working days (depends on lens type) which was a godsend for us. Really really cannot recommend this place enough! If I had to nitpick and critique - maybe a slightly wider variety of sunglasses frames collection would have been better. But really amazing store and concept
