He was excellent in every way throughout the entire sale process from initial meeting, test drive and sale. He went over and above what I had expected and provided a level of customer service that I would rate as the highest I’ve encountered in Singapore.
A truly phenomenal positive experience for me and highly regard Mervin for any future transactions! A delight to work with.
I managed to obtain a sale price that was $6k higher then the market!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enquired Ernest’s (Sales Executive) vehicle for quotations and asked for more information of the car itself. He was really patient and detailed in his explanations. The conversations we had didn’t made me feel like he was trying hard to get me down like other dealers do nowadays. We eventually settled on a date to view the car and ended up not committing to the unit of his but other unit from another dealer but to my surprise, he still congratulated me and told me to contact him if I ever need any assistance on anything related to the car. The experience and service I’ve gotten from Monster Motors are really different from some other companies. 100% recommended to anyone that is looking to get their first car ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zach helped me to sell my car. It was my first time to sell through consignment and I did not know the procedures, especially handing over the car while not having received all the money. Zach explained in detail and patiently and immediately. His professional business conduct is remarkable and ensured me that the deal will be done to my satisfaction.
From the first meet-up to closing the deal he was very attentive to my questions. He also kept viewing to a limit and the deal was concluded quickly. I achieved my desired price, thanks to his convincing negotiations with the potential buyers.
I can recommend Zach to anyone who has any car related topics. For me, I will not look for another consignment agent again.

Went to view it on 23/6, had the car inspected at our workshop two days later and yesterday, 1/7 we finally brought the car back home. All in all it was a very smooth and professional transaction. Zach is easily reachable and always ready to serve and attend to any concerns or enquiries that we have. Seeing the urgency of our situation, he did what he had to do and met our expectations. Hand over was pleasant, and whatever issues that were raised prior to the handover were all taken care of. Be sure to look for Zach for your car-related needs!

As your layman buyer, we had reservations in selling our car and purchasing a consignment car but Austin took the time to explain the procedures of our transactions He was always very transparent, professional, polite.
