★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have placed an order on 26 Feb 2018 and has been trying to contact them via phone, email and facebook for when the order will be fulfilled. It is 9 Mar 2018 now and till date there is zero response from them. Highly not recommended to place an order with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ *edited* I finally got through the phone and got an answer after more than 6 calls throughout this whole process. After I made the order on 25th June, paid immediately. 1 July, payment accepted then nothing. 17 July after 2 emails, 2 messages on the website, and numerous calls, the lady who picked up the phone said that her colleague did not print my invoice out. Also the product I ordered was not in stock and she had to check with the supplier if they have it. She updated me that they didn't have the product and offered 3 alternatives. In the end I got a refund but the amount of irresponsibility shown was incredible. No apologies were made at all, just "ok refunded". Never buy from them.
