I have bought their rose gold small bloom box - coffee cotton as a bday gift for my friend and my friend loves it & so do I ? the coffee cotton bloom box IS REALLY PRETTY and very cutesy! What's more, their customer service was really GOOD! The seller was very accommodating and made the effort to arrange for my order to be delivered 1-day earlier, just in time for my friend's bday! I am absolutely grateful for their arrangement! Not only that, the seller keeps me updated with my order from time-to-time till the bloom box is successfully delivered and received by recipient! All in all, it was a very pleasant transaction with Moon Fluer and YES their bloom box is really lovely! I would highly recommend you for their service and their bloom box!!

Moon Fleur Singapore staffs provides excellent service. They will do up very nicely and confirm if it is alright. They also sent the final product photo and update the delivery had sent to the receiver. I will recommend them to my family and friends. Excellent service. Thumbs up

Their floral piece is so small, cute and dainty. Yue Qi, the owner of Moon Fleur is also a very accommodative and friendly lady. She is able to advice on the colour scheme and most importantly, provide updates on the final products with pictures. :) Oh, and I would like to praise their courier guy for their persistent attitude and efficiency service in ensuring my best friend received the gift by hand in person. ^^ Overall, it was a pleasant experience dealing with them. Highly recommend. ?

She was not only easy to work with, it was really easy to get my ideas across to her and the bouquet was really done with perfection. Absolute love!!! She listens to your requirements and offers suggestions, if needed. She will put together different alternatives to show you first and she is open to changes. Had a very enjoyable experience working with Luna & the bouquet she did for me is beautiful! Luna's sincerity and professionalism were what made me decide to order with her, even though there are cheaper vendors around. Trusted Luna that I got her to customise my wedding ring holder too! They are able to create your bouquet with your favourite flowers at the same time realistic despite being dried flowers. They have a wide range of flowers and foliage for you to choose from.
