★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Noisy Indian staffs chit chatting loudly in the kitchen among themselves doesn’t even care about customers. Wanted customers to help themselves to the ice tea outside, after adding the milk the ice tea tasted like peach tea with milk!!!! Horrible place and noisy no customer service at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely slow service. Have to fill your own cup for drinks. No staff at counter and no staff ensuring that vaccination safe entry is scanned properly, should be shutdown for not following government guidelines.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered fish burger, chips and teriyaki chicken burger. Fish was discoloured and smelly. Not eatable. Chips under fried. When complained the waiter refried the same chips and tasted awful. Teriyaki chicken was also disgusting. Why was small fry out of stock. Forced me to order large portion. Please any one considering eating at Mos burger think twice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered the Beef burger and teriyaki chicken burger on 11th June, Saturday. The chicken was over fried and dry, making it difficult to bite and swallow. The Beef burger was not hot but only slightly warm. This must be the worst burgers we have ever taken. Don't visit this store unless you have absolutely no where to go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place where you have been waiting for your order for 15 minutes, there was no one in the establishment before you, but for some reason they give out orders to those who came after you. Strongly do not advise to visit if you feel sorry for your time. This is not fast food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food quality has dropped tremendously. An order of 2 cheeseburgers took 30mins. Portion was small and price increased! So disappointed.
Service and hygiene at this outlet is bad. Counter staff used gloves to take orders, touched money, grabbed the mop and touched the dustbin and finally, packed my cheeseburgers and tissue into a takeaway bag at the kitchen. I followed her there to see if she would throw away the dirty gloves but she used the same ones to pack my food. Absolutely disgusting. Outlet was clearly understaffed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow this has got to be the best mosburger I’ve had so far. The beef patty is grilled so nicely that I can taste the crisp of the charred meat! So nice, I love it. The sauce complements it too.
The bbq sauce came on the side which was a nice idea as you can adjust how much you want to put it in your burger.
Other than that, the staffs are all near the kitchen and nobody were at the counter. While we can order at the self-counter it’s weird that human interaction is decreasing.
The outlet was rather empty too, oh wells, it’s centre point.
