4Fingers Crispy Chicken - 277 Orchard Rd

The thing with 4fingers, is that the quality can vary quite a bit from outlet to outlet. Yesterday at this outlet, at peak lunch hour, the chicken wings were on point (hot and crispy and well marinated) but the fries were downright awful - soggy, going stale, barely any seaweed seasoning. We suspected that they prepack the fries and leave it in the packaging for too long.

Bad operations management in terms of food readiness. While waiting for my order (easily a 30min wait), I witnessed more than 5 customers questioning about their orders too as they have waited past 30min as well. Given the busy area on a weekend, shouldn’t the kitchen operations be ready for the volume? Also, the cashier should have given a message to let customers know the wait time before they paid and committed their time to mindless waiting.

Ordered mixed set but most of my wings were spicy! As a result only 1 person could eat. 4fingers didn't split the normal/spicy wings so I can't tell which is which. Also the coke came at warm temperature. How to drink like that? ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

Bad service. Server rings bell impatiently. Soggy, sorry-looking fries. Burger wrapped like garbage. The Plaza Singapore outlet is better.

Waited for 20 mins to get a cold meal. Hygiene was terrible, no one clean the desk and the bin has a moutain of cups and other trash

This is the last time I would patronise this outlet, getting really horrible. It used to be the best outlet in Singapore with decent service and food. 2 weeks ago, I came once and it was bad. Was told the wait is 40 mins. Fine, I’ll wait, I am assuming they are overwhelmed with orders and that orders are being cooked. To my surprise, after about 30 mins, its my turn. Chicken? DRY, HARD AND COLD. Fries? SOGGY AND COLD. Goodness. No joke, it just seems like the food has been there for hours. Today, I gave it another chance since this used to be my favorite outlet. To my horror, its getting bad to worse. It’s 45 mins again. And mind you, the restaurant is NOT full, and I came at 8+pm. The last round I was here about 9+. Anyway, back to topic, none of the food looks appetising, just look at the image. I upsized one of my fries to large, make a guess which one is the large fries? $1 for the upsize, #nothnx I’m done with this outlet, will give other outlets another chance, if this is the standard you guys are giving us, soon you’ll bid goodbye.

Tasty Korean Style Crispy Chicken! Still the best fast casual korean style fried chicken joint in town, although The size of their chicken has shrunk. They’ve expanded their menu and now offer seafood, sandwiches and chicken karaage. This branch has lots of seats and is clean. Service is efficient but I feel like there’s lack of manpower as the cashier is also mopping the floor and clearing tables.
