4Fingers Crispy Chicken

It's a fast food restaurant. The food is ok. Decor is ok. I don't think there's anything else to say, lol.

Terrible experience. tables were all dirty and unclean, i was one among maybe 6-7 customers and it still took over 30min to get an order. i ordered a burger and it was cold on the outside and slightly warm on the inside (clearly microwaved) and they forgot to give me fries which cane along with the meal

Ordered mixed set but most of my wings were spicy! As a result only 1 person could eat. 4fingers didn't split the normal/spicy wings so I can't tell which is which. Also the coke came at warm temperature. How to drink like that? ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

Katsu sandwich chicken super dry and tough, and the buns are soaked with oil! Think they fried in oil for too long. Staff are friendly though.

Abit pricey but the food makes up of it, soy garlic one taste so so, but for spicy flavour tasted amazing… Too salty if u dont eat it with rice

my experience in this outlet plaza sing was terrible on 02 April, night time i have order 6pcs drumstick combo and also kitkat chocolate sandwich. 1) I have tried the soft as we order 2soft drink (sprite and grape) and the drink like no gas and taste was very different. I have informed the staff in outlet. But unfortunately is after he have tried the drink and didn't answer my question. Also ignore me and let me stand a side. 2) The Kitkat chocolate sandwich also make me very disappointed. As the kitkat chocolate already cover all the chocolate outside the bun. I have informed the kitchen staff. but they only answer me this is the best they can do and never think about to settle my problem. After i told them the sandwich bun i ate other outlet is not like that. And then they just tried to solve the problem. Also very disappointed is the second chocolate sandwich they serve also not really nice. It is because the sandwich bun is overcooked and hard to bite it. The taste already affected. 3) The fries come with set. The taste for the fries is really no taste and fries is very soft. No crispy taste for fries also. 4) Drumstick side, look like different taste than before. But barely acceptable. Really hope outlet can solve the problem. If not, I'm thinking not really will visit second time.

Tried the new cheesy quarter crisp chicken with 3 boneless chicken, changed my fries to the cheesy loaded fries that has fries, crisps and some small pieces of chicken. The cheese seasoning for the chicken was a little underwhelming but the chicken was fried pretty well (the original is good!) I would think the loaded fries would be nice for sharing.. abit jelat after awhile.. I would also like to thank Mulan who was at the counter and moving around through to help customers when they asked for items. As I was using crutches, she was very nice by helping me get my drink and also delivering the food to my table. Very surprised and thankful for the service! Very good job well done Mulan! ??

Not sure with others but 4Fingers is one of the best fast food chains ever!! I can’t count how many times I’ve been eating here. I really enjoy their chicken with mixed hot and soy garlic sauce, perfectly paired with their Japanese rice with Teriyaki Sauce. My meal won’t be complete without their Tofu Salad. Calamari and Shrimp meals are also great, even their fries and burgers. Overall, I am satisfied with their food and will continue to come for more.
