★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited 25 mins to get my food.... dont use the term of express while you can't make it express. Short staff, only a person doing the whole thing from ordering to packing. Management enjoy sleeping on the bed full of monies i guess.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Orders take really long because of the small kitchen but the food is still good when ready — ordered the fish burger and yakiniku rice burger, with saltless fries. So my advice on waiting time: recognise that this express has a small kitchen with only 2 staff (perhaps due to COVID19 situation) so if there are a few orders under “preparing” on the waiting screen, be prepared to wait for at least 10 minutes. I don’t blame the place since it’s express for grab-and-go with no dine-in.
Do also note that while the menu covers most popular items, it is still limited and omits some items. But still surprisingly carries the bigger snack & chicken box.
So... another thought for the franchise is not to name this express if it cannot speed things up, misleading and might be a kiosk instead.
