★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved their breakfast set which comes with waffle, fried chicken, scramble egg, potato and coffee. Waffle and chicken tasted delicious especially when they are being served hot. Also, their coffee is nice and tasted better than other fast food restaurants. Noticed the seating in this KFC is much more pleasant and more spacious than the one in PLQ.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have ordered multiple times from this outlet with no problems but today they missed one piece of chicken from our order. Very disappointed. Management should focus on training for the new staff and maintain their service quality!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ went first to the counter, but cashier went and took someone else’s order instead of mine. waited for full 5mins, but yet no cashier came up to me as of compared to the person who waited for a minute. cashier attitude was not satisfied, horrible service. will not patronize here ever again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The young guy staff at the counter is RUBBISH!!!! I never saw such a bad attitude. He is super rude to the old people. Auntie ask “ if the durian ball” still have for 4 times, this guy never reply yes or no. He is not the deaf, but he NEVER reply. Additionally, Auntie already say no need tea and coffee, but he still ask “if you order drink, if you order drink”. I really want to tell KFC, ur disgusting staff makes ur food disgusting!!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was there yesterday on 6 March 2022 Sunday, at about 845am. Was informed there was only one poor Chinese lady manning the kitchen and therefore cannot offer those more time consuming items such as waffles which is on promotion. And the queue is forming and no chastise manning the counter. think they are really having manpower issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service attitude. Although you can expect much from a fast food. What i ordered is almost the same to their 50%promotion, But the waiter did not mention a word. I only realized it when i took my order from counter. Srs, staff should be familiar with the restaurant And be more than happy to help customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grill chicken is the best. Juicy and sumptuous! A definite recommendation!
The zero chicken burger is not too bad. Chicken taste like a dryer version of chicken nuggets.
Golden spice french fries is ok, nothing too special about it, basically just salted egg.
Waffle & Chicken platter meal is not bad. A certain M competitor is still better when it comes to scramble eggs.
Durian mochi doesn’t give off a good vibe but it’s surprisingly not bad! The durian smell only appears after taking the first bite. It’s neither too strong nor too mild.
Mala chicken popsicle is ok. Drenched in oil and juicy. The numbing mala flavour is quite mild though.
Currycano Zinger burger is meh. The fries replacement “wedges” is also bleh!
