MOZA Aesthetics - Far East Plaza

I had acne since I was 16 and decided to try out MOZA Aesthetics as it was recommended by a relative. When we stepped into the shop, the staffs were very welcoming and friendly and the place was very sanitary and clean. Since it was my first ever facial treatment, I didnt know which treatment I should go for. I was served by therapist Izzaty and she analyzed my skin concerns and recommended the Spotless Reputation treatment without hard selling. She was extremely gentle and careful with my skin and advised on how I can improve my skincare routine. Bonus points for the head and shoulder massage hehehe. My skin felt so rejuvenated and soft after the treatment! I will most definitely come back for a second appointment. Keep up the good work ladies❤️

Booked a Glass Skin facial in June for July. Was reminded of my appointment 24hours the actual appointment. Proceeded to my appointment at my allotted timeslot and date and filled up all necessary forms. Then the therapist informed me that the price of the Glass Skin facial has increased from $128 to $228 since I made my booking a few weeks ago. Every business has a right to decide on their prices, of course but I should have been told when they gave me a WhatsApp reminder the day before. So I made my way down to Far East, only to be told that the facial I wanted was now $100 more expensive than when I booked it for. The therapist was pleasant and apologetic and offered me to have a look at the other treatments but the management, not informing before I made my way down, is unacceptable. I’m sure nobody, including the therapists, would like this to happen to them either. It’s really a waste of my time and effort.

It was recommended to me by a friend and I had a really great facial session here at Moza Aesthetics. Pleasant service, fairly affordable prices and amazing ambiance. I’ll definitely return for more frequent facials.
