Destiny is very detailed in analyzing my skin condition and provided professional advice throughout the treatment session. Initially purchased the Snow White treatment but she counter proposed to go for Korean BB Water Shine Treatment to help brighten up my dull skin significantly. Alice is friendly and keep me well-informed of every stage throughout the treatment. She is very patient in answering my questions on skincare. The entire process is painfree with immediate satisfactory results. Strongly recommended! ?

Was my first visit and first time ever for hair removal services. Therapist was very professional and exacting on what I needed. She could have pushed for a much more expensive treatment, instead she said otherwise since I don't need it. Quite rare since most will try to offload their big packages to you. They're worth a second and recurring visit in my opinion.

Angel the facial therapist has been extremely wonderful. She is careful with the entire facial process even though I am using a one time trial service. My facial tends to get blotchy after extractions and she made sure that it is all fixed before the facial is completed. No hardselling experienced either. I will definitely recommend and go back to Isabella

Saw the positive reviews online and made a visit to the branch at Scotts Square for an eyelash perm (lashlift). I also made an appointment for eyeliner embroidery a few days later as they could not be done together. Before the session, I appreciated that they checked with me and told me about the risks of doing eyeliner embroidery while breastfeeding. The therapist was also pleasant. The Manager (I think so) tried to upsell their “Eyelash Regrowth Treatment” to be done together with Lashlift but I specifically said I did not want that - I said there was no need, I only wanted the perm. During the whole process, I was also not informed of any additional treatment or serum applied on my lash. I did not sleep during the whole time so there was no reason not to inform me. At the end of the session, the manager tried to upsell their packages. I was firm and declined but to my horror, I was told they did the “Eyelash Regrowth Treatment” on me as well so I was charged $188 instead of $88 for the lash perm. The experience was also different from what was described online so I’m not even sure that it was done. It was very disappointing. I wanted to go for a trial facial and complete the eyeliner embroidery on my next appointment but this was an extremely negative experience. I would not go back.

Hi, maybe you should educate your Sales people how to treat costumer? They do hardsell when i was laying down and half-naked, WHO DOES THAT???? Lol. Come on, attitude is a must. Plan to buy more, but then nopeeee change my mind?

Had a wonderful experience with Isabella Aesthetics. Environment is clean and tidy. The branch manager Eugenia is patient and professional while possessing keen knowledge of the services available. Took up a facial and eyebrow shaping where the technician Angel demonstrated excellent skills. I left a very satisfied customer. Will definitely return in the future ?

I have enjoyed the service that provided here , the environment are tidy and neat. The staff name Angel is patient and knowledgeable. She had given me lot of advise and recommended the treatment were suitable for my face. If I need to give a score for every time my visit I will give their service 120 out of 100!! I will never have enough word to said how great that the service they provided.

Very nice place!! I love their facial service! My beautician is very professional and knowing my skin condition, the shop manager also very nice and knowledgeable. Best of all, they don’t really push, providing me what I need!! Definitely will come back and try out their slimming service next time !!
