★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lots of improvement & upgrades these days, but still not enough on arrival checkpoint. Please increase more arrival checkpoint gates. Current peak-dates queue time as of this comment (April 2017): 2-4 hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The eggwich is my favourite! you can also choose the sugar level for the soya bean milk here. plus the customer service here is rly good. the auntie was really friendly, nice and polite! will definitely come back for more again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It looks like a bunch of people have reviewed the boat instead of Mr. Bean, so here is a review for Mr. Bean, the soya stall. So Mr. Bean is all sovit soy. They have shakes, smooties, pancakes etc all with soy. No dariy, no egg. Good for a vegan. I had a chocolate soy shake and it was fresh and delicious in the heat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor organizzation to receive the expected amount of visitors. Waiting time 2 hours. Is not acceptable in Singapore. Its happens on regular basis. Hopefully someone will take an opportune corrective action. Despite the clear uncomfortable situation, the officers are leaving own seat. Against 8 imigration queues, only 4 are are being working. Time spent for each visitor is around 3/4 minutes. Many visitors are transferred to a different office because some irregularities causing additional waste o time, officers should pre-check documents to the visitors prior to arrive to the official check-in to expedite the service.
