★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst, been a few times always super slow service, also make no sense ice cream machine apparently not working but no sign indicated. Had to queue for 10 min then found out by word of staff. A simple sign would have reduced unnecessary queueing and inconvenience. Covid really just shows the inadequacies and the Low service standard of FnB in Singapore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Queued for long despite only having a foodpanda driver collecting his order infront of me. The auntie who was serving us was noticeably flustered but the two store managers who had nth to do did nth to help her. Feel bad for the auntie
