Mr Bean

So disappointed. I ordered 3 boxes of soy milk with Glutinous rice balls. Sugar level normal. End up no sweet taste at all. 3-4 Customers queuing. Your staff take her own time arranging products for the freight. Not refill. What so urgent to arrange ?

Bad staff attitude and very slow service. Staffs are always chitchatting even when there is long queue in the morning, and this slows down the order speed a lot. This morning there is only one lady staff at the counter, when I ordered she impatiently scolded me for not being louder. Maybe she had a bad morning but I really feel uncomfortable. I will never visit this outlet at Woodlands Causeway Point ever again.

All varieties of artisan authentic soy bean products and delights! Love the soy coffee latte soy milk and soft icecream. Freshly prepared food with healthy ingredients tender loving skillful cooking and warm services. Conveniently located at neighbourhood heartland of Causeway Point walking distance to Woodlands MRT bus interchange Civic Centre with plenty of dinning shopping banking supermarkets library cinemas entertainments groceries sundries postage services community centre and amenities nearby. Friendly cosy comfy welcoming ambience for romantic intimates groups students expats locals visitors and families.

Wide varieties of soya bean products. I like their Taro soya bean milk, grass jelly drink and soya milk. As for their pancakes, they have many flavours from sweet to savoury, however I don't like their pancakes as the centre portion seems undercooked and the edges too dry.

Terrible for delivery. Always understaffed and take their own sweet time doing things despite having really good business. No respect for customer's time. Waited more than 15 mins every time and couldn't even check if the orders are correct. Have to turn back halfway to collect missing items, worse is their crew have zero remorse and never issued an apology. Very unprofessional.

MR BEAN WOODLANDS INTERCHANGE NOT CWP Experience has been very upsetting from the start when I began to order. 1) The staff who was distributing the pancakes (?) was not pleasant at all 2) there was a promo buy 5 free 1, I bought 6, assuming already that the 1 would be waved off my total bill but to my surprise, it was not 3) I ordered 3 oreo cheese, and 3 chocolate cheese, when I reached home and gave my family, my orders were 3 chocolate, 1 oreo cheese and 2 tuna 4) when I was looking for straws, the staff who prepared my pancakes was rude on showing me where to take straws I was trying to be understandings as I know working can be very tiring but i would advise to step aside if your customer service does not meet the standard. You will just end up ruining someone's meal or good day. Being fast in your job is not everything. Truly upsetting

I have patronised Mr Bean SG outlets at different locations over the years being a soya milk lover. Despite the unpleasant experiences some customers have had as reflected in their reviews particularly of the customer service there, i am thankful for the patience & understanding of a staff at the Causeway Pt outlet by the name of Xiuping. Earlier today, i did not have any cash with me. The convenience of being able to pay with NETS &/or Paywave at many retail stores across the island has saved me the trouble of having to queue at ATMs for cash withdrawal. Despite the reassurance in a seemingly cashless society, the NETS machine at Mr Bean Causeway Pt had unfortunately malfunctioned this morning. The cash-strapped me was in a dilemma whether to cancel the order or walk to the nearest ATMs that would take at least 20 to 30 mins back & forth depending on the queue. In the face of my predicament, there was no sour face or bad attitude shown, Xiuping gently & politely said it is ok, pay later. It is a small gesture which i truly appreciate. A little patience & understanding indeed goes a long way. Thank you!
