★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My all time favourites: everything about matcha, avocado, mango, hot chocolate :) take note, this can be done sugar-free hot chocolate :) and served with marshmallows thanks a lot guys for coming to Admiralty, all the best to your team! Very good and polite service every time i visit, all good vibes!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The roasted milk tea i ordered taste very similar to the pokka green tea without sugar and when i asked the staff to taste it, they said it was normal. What's bad about it is how overpriced it was along with the wait time. It costed $4.90 and i waited 5mins while the staff was slow and was using their tablets and phones halfway while doing my milk tea whats worse is that it literally taste like its 0% sugar when i ordered 100% worst first experience and last.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staffs talking non stop while preparing the drinks, definitely not hygienic even with mask. Other than that, she forgot to add in the toppings because focus on complaining with other colleagues, so the preparation time is even longer. This is my 1st time try Each-A-Cup & will be the last time for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Your chinese female staff working on 11 Mar 2021 was rude. I came at 2110 hrs. Not even a friendly greeting just straight away said only left milk tea. Her tone of voice was really a turn off. Your store closes at 10pm yet you stop selling everything else. I had a voucher but can't even use it thanks to this. Never coming again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been a regular customer at each a cup for a over a year now and the staffs were always friendly towards me for my every visit! There was one time i tried using my voucher but wasn't sure how to do so but they helped me with so much patience. Never looked back at any other bubble tea shops since then! Kudos to the all the staffs, especially the two young females who often serve me!
