Bad attitude and service from auntie. Pls check your attitude since you are serving customers. You will not stay for long if I am the boss

The cashier aunty is rude. After I make my order, I asked her that can I redeem my voucher (I showed her my phone), she simply replied no no no. So I pay for my meal. After awhile, I saw there is a sticker shows that AIA vitality redeem QR code on the table, I question her why she said cannot. She very angry and replied that because I didnt say is AIA. Lucky that the other colleagues which I believe is her supervisor or manager let me redeem and return my money. Not a pleasant experience.

Bought the classic and sea salt beancurd on 23 March 2022 and both tasted like tofu rather than beancurd. First time I’ve ordered beancurd from Mr Bean, and yet it’s the first time I’ve ever had beancurd gone wrong. Had to throw them both away cause noone wanted to eat a bowl of tofu. Really disappointed with my dessert that I was looking forward to.

The cashier I met around 1.30pm today was really rude. The store is located at Lakeside MRT. She is an old aunty and the way she talked to me was very impolite and impatient. The items I bought costed S$4.70, and I gave her a S$10 dollars note, but she refused to accept and said there was no small change. I cannot believe your store don't have small change for a S$10 note! Then she asked me to give her a S$5 note, but I told her I needed it to pay someone else. But she still insisted that she cannot give me change if I gave her 10 dollars. For me, that's really ridiculous! How can you look into my wallet and insist to ask for a particular note? It's up to me whether I want to give a 10 dollars note or a 5 dollars note. I didn't give her a S$50 note for change! And in the end, she didn't even give me a receipt. I just realised it after I left the store, so I didn't get Health365 points. That's really a very unpleasant experience. I won't go to that store anymore. It's your responsibility to train your staff to serve your customers patiently and nicely!

Service: Extremely slow service. Packing staff expressed zero urgency despite the long waiting time and took her own time packing the food while taking to her colleague. Food: Meatballs in the porridge taste spoilt and smells bad. Would not recommend Overall: Would like to highlight that my experiences at other outlets are okay. This visit has given me a poor experience of Mr Bean and I would choose to avoid purchasing

worst service i ever encountered. the food took more than 15 minutes to prepare and pack. the aunty also has a very bad attitude towards customers. i told them how bad of a service they offer and she still can raise her voice at me. there were two different customers infront of me complaining that the food they were given last time was cold and taste expired. the other worker at the register just stood there and shake leg while waiting for her colleagues to prep the food even when the queue was long. you pay employees to play staring contest is it? the food i got was also cold and rock solid. might need to go dentist soon. avoid this place at all cost unless you want your day to be ruined.

The auntie cashier lacked of training. When using Google Pay and done the payment, she not trust that payment done. Every times after show her the successful transaction, she kept asking got paid? Got paid? Did told her twice how to check the successful transaction: the date, time, amount paid and status with completed.

Lesser ingredient and the pancake is dark brown towards to burned colour. Preparer seems not tyring to maintain quality of the food.
