โ โ โ โ โ Auntie staff not customer-oriented and grumpy. If you don't want customer to read what you have to offer, just take down the signage and don't introduce any new items. And some drinks is watery and tasteless because the concentrated is finished. And the best thing is, I noticed it after reached the office.

โ โ โ โ โ Stale food ,cold chicken, withered tomato and celery...I like their breakfast and trust it as a brand but of they keep serving customers stale and refrigerated stuff it is very bad for their reputation. In Singapore we love food and anything bad will always attract criticism ?

โ โ โ โ โ Sorry for give 1 star ? but i have bad experience One of aunty staff very grumpy always ? idk why? Oh maybe bcz i am helper isit she never welcome . Helper also human lorrr ? I asked very nicely then she gave a black face and scolded me for never hearing me clearly ? Lol .
The rest all staff very welcome โค๏ธ Thank you for your kindness ?

โ โ โ โ โ The Chinese lady working there is a pure racist. I saw her welcoming a Chinese girl who entered before me. I followed her but I was unwelcomed, I was queuing up for my turn. She greeted the Chinese guy who came after me. Moreover she straightaway took his order without even considering me standing in the queue. Shame to have people like this in a multiracial country like Singapore.

โ โ โ โ โ Visited Lakeside MRT like 2 weeks ago and the chinese aunty who was serving me has a pretty rough tone, never greet or welcomes me but thats just a nitpic. The sandwhich is pretty good like always but one more complaints, why the drinks smell & taste like sanitizer? Idk if the smell affected the taste but it is so undrinkeable. This experience makes me to not want to drink at that Subway again.
Ps. I am an ex-subway employee, I know the procedure and standard and this aint it. At least say "Hello, may I take your order?" But she just say "whats ur order" with a tone.

โ โ โ โ โ Located at the outskirts of the Lakeside MRT Station premises..its hard to miss,especially if you are alighting at the nearby bus stop.Small place with few tables.No dine-in due to covid-19 restrictions.Staffs are friendly.Ordered the current special Rendang Beef & Chicken sub.Both tasted less of Rendang taste but tasted alright as normal subs.
Felt staff kinda stingy with the purple lettuce(put only one),just like one of the reviewer commented. On Previous visits,was kinda rushed to make payment when chosing what goes on my sub..Hope they can sort that out.
