The lady staff was very rude and scolded me back when I told her our Credit Card is not NETS. Credit Card cannot use NETS function unless it is a Debit Card cum ATM Card. I guess because business is so good, she thinks she can afford to scold customer. We never scold her at the first place. Will never go again to Mr Coconut.

Nice drinks. Area quite small. Take quite a while to get your drink. Staff still okay. Coconut Avocado Large $6.50

Untrained staff. My order number was 6. When I saw my number was called, I went in to collect my order, but this female staff crossed her arm and told me it is number 7. So I went outside and waiting again. Then I waited for another 8 minutes during my waiting I saw the same staff checked a bag which seemed like mine but she'd never signalled me. And Then she called number 9 And 10 And so on. Until I literally stepped in the shop, another staff asked what I have missed, she finally passed my order to me, which is an ice cream and has been waiting for 8 min to melt. Thanks a lot!

Mr Coconut price is competing with Starbucks price-wise. But I find Mr Coconut more enjoyable drink. Queues are horribly long.

Drink is good. Fresh and nice coconut drink. Recommend to have the coconut shake and if you like it to be extra creamy add on ice cream. But the Q and waiting time is at average of 20 mins minimum. Been Q and wait for the drink for more than total of 40minutes.

Don't ever buy from here. Had such a terrible experience - whole family kena food poisoning for more than four days after ordering from here via Grabfood last weekend (14 May). It was four cups of greyish brown coconut juice and until now we still can't get a proper answer why, despite knowing that there were at least five other cases reported that day too, and it is outrageous how the outlet could still operate and all they could give Grab was a very vague and unacceptable answer that even kids won't believe. I want to know what exactly went into our drinks that day, and why it was all greyish brown and bitter, and caused food poisoning for numerous days and nights. Totally unforgivable.

With no acknowledgement of my existence standing there when I was ready to order. The cashier walked off after taking order for the person in front of me. Stood at the counter cashier for 15 mins while seeing the cashier fooling and playing around with other colleagues. Only then the cashier came over and ask me you want to order ? (Like duh?) you need to wait 50 mins for it to be made can you wait? Wow took 15 mins of waiting to tell me that ?

After witnessing the craze across multiple outlets around the clock, we decided to give it a try here, despite not being a fan of coconut myself. At ~$5 a cup, it was worthwhile considering it’s made out of fresh coconut. Also, it’s flavourful and doesn’t reek of the β€œhusk” taste as you would usually taste from sipping a real coconut. Would probably try out their other offerings in future - only if the queue isn’t 30 minutes long.
