I have visited this bubble tea for many times and the service was fine.
However this time I ordered pick up order and I arrived later than the pick up time , however the milk tea wasn’t ready and they only made it on the spot . The service crew (an qi )was extremely rude , there were no sorry ,she just give me a black face and started preparing .
Afterwards, she ask me to confirm the pick up and ask me if I need plastic bag. However she sounded very annoyed and impatient. Only after I asked her name and say I am gonna complain her then she started saying sorry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered 4 cups from grab today. 1 star not about the quality of the tea but they used red marker to write on the drink instead of the sticker like other bubble tea shop. When condensation, the red ink stained the hands, tables n floor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drinks was nice but ridiculous add on. I ordered honey fresh milk 3 cups, 2 cups don’t 1 honey pearls but add on to kanten crystal pearls, I know there will be extra charge. But the most weird is, the third cup honey fresh milk tea, I do not want honey pearls n no additional toppings, y do they still charge me add on topping yet I did not have any toppings in my third cup. This is ridiculous …. I went up to ask the staff, the staff did not even tell me there’s a additional charge even there’s no toppings… I do not like their attitude… Will not patronise whale tea again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought the Chope deal on signature dong ding latte honey pearl at $5.30. The pearls are hard and taste nothing like honey. There are so many better bubble tea shops around. Please don’t waste your money like me here.

- pearls were nice and chewy but the matcha itself DID NOT taste like matcha at all/diluted matcha. after having a few sips i had a stomach ache.
Brown Sugar Boba Crush
- actually really like the concept of ice blended milk tea but I wish they didn’t blend the boba too ?.taste like normal brown sugar boba milk but blended.
The interior is very nice though ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The chubby girl at the cashier was not very friendly and heard her mumbling something to my kid. Sounds like telling him off why he is standing in front of the cashier in a condescending tone. Both myself and daughter heard something like that. Could tell she was not pleased with him standing at the counter for a short while as we waited about 15mins for the bubble teas. In between the wait let the kids bought macarons as well. Spoke to my wife and kids later, although my wife buy boba teas from them quite often but the service level has been disappointing compared to the taste of their beverage. Business good also need to be friendly. Get it that she probably not happy at 10 plus business still good but that is part and parcel of being in service line.
