โ โ โ โ โ The service is terrible! There was a long queue yet the cashier still focuses on grab food order. She stopped between every customer just to log in the grab food orders and make the customer stand there, waiting. Moreover, there was at least 10 people waiting in queue. There is no urgency in serving the physical customers before delivery. I waited at least 10 minutes before i could order and there were only 3 people in front of me. I had to wait an additional 10 minutes to get my drink. The person in front of me had the queue number of 32 and I was given 36..

โ โ โ โ โ Service us so slow, four ppl working, no queue, still have to wait 20 minutes for my order. Worse part is when i was ordering the cashier press 1 button go do something else, come back press another botton then go do smth else. U serious? Took me 10 minutes just to pay the cashier... Had to give a star at least, else i would have give negative stars if i could

The terrible part about this branch is the waiting time. Expect waiting time of no less than 20 minutes, longer if there's a queue.
There is only one blender in the shop, 2-3 staff, and 80% of the orders goes to delivery riders.
I had to abandon my drink after 35 minutes of waiting and had rush off to work.

โ โ โ โ โ Staff is terribly rude. Iโm so shocked. Working in F&B myself, I wouldnโt expect much but you rolling your eyes at your customer. Terrible lady that did opening shift.

โ โ โ โ โ Pretty good coconut shake. I would it's more like coconut milk with blended ice.
It has a nice coconut fragrance in the drink and you can taste little coconut flesh in there.

Taste like diluted chilled coconut water
Look at the cluttered ice stuck in the cup when finished the liquid (1/4 of the L cup)
Apparently the staff did not blend ice and ingredients well
Taste nothing similar to a shake
I was quite impressed with the good coconut avocado shake so this time tried original shake so I know what a shake should be like
BTW when I saw staff making shake, she just randomly threw ice cream scoop and some dropped out of blender but she didnโt even care
Maybe I shld turn to other coconut shake brand
