OneCare Clinic Clementi - Lot C

The staff and the doctor are pleasant. The voice of the doctor has a calming effect which I appreciate as I was feeling a bit nervous.

I normally do not leave reviews but this was truly a bad experience. I am ART positive. I'm only visiting a clinic because I already tried to self medicate with the symptoms but the cough flu and fever weren't getting better. I'm also a patient underlying medical conditions so I figured it might be better to seek medical attention. The doctor I visited was Lu Xiaomeng, I was in and out of the doctors room within 30 seconds (not exaggerating). And to my dismay all the other patients after me also entered and exited extremely quickly. It really baffled me how does one diagnose and understand the patients condition in just 30seconds? This is the quickest I've ever been in and out of a doctors room. The doctor only asked me to turn around, listened to my back for a split second. Didn't ask me any further questions, simply said I can leave and she will give me medication. I had to ask her about my underlying medical conditions and if the meds I have now would conflict with the meds she is going to give. I understand that the medical staffs in Singapore are overwhelmed and worned out. I wasn't expecting her to show me lots of care and compassion. But I felt she did not even do the basic minimum of her job. I decided to give this clinic a go despite the bad reviews as there were some positive ones. But after experiencing it myself, I would say it's truly a disappointment.

Nicest and Kindest staff I’ve encounter in Singapore ??? The Doctor is so accommodating too! Cheap and affordable also!! I will stick in this clinic whenever I need to have check ups :)

I came here for my Covid booster. Attended to by Dr. Adrain. Dr. Adrain was very meticulous; he went through the questionaire with me thoroughly. Very cheerful doctor as well. The jab was painless! Very skilful. Counter staff here are polite and efficient. Thank you!!!

Nurse was very approachable and courteous with the way the interacts. Doctor is clear in explanation and welcoming. Only negative is the cleanliness of the toilet unfortunately.

Went twice. Both times service was friendly and doctors were knowledgeable and nurse is empathetic.The doctor will grow through covid-19 procedures even if one is tested negatively with covid-19. A lot better service than a 4.8 star clinic nearer to my house.

As ironic as it sounds, this sham of a place cannot give any care for a OneCare clinic. They literally got my One star (because I can't give zero stars). For those who have seen a lady doctor (last name Lu) at this establishment, you'd know she doesn't care about patients, and focused on brandishing them away asking circular idiotic questions. She is L-useless. Never stepping one foot into this place unless I want someone to challenge my patience. By the way, I vehemently disagree with OneCare Clinics mission and vision with the "caliber" of doctors they hire. Well done

Dr Tay is such a warm person, he talked and gave the patient assurance on the situation/condition. It was a very pleasant experience and makes the patient feel that they are not rushed out so they can clear the queue fast. The front counter staff were exceptionally courteous and made sure to let the patients feel pleasant, regardless they just came in or about to leave.
