Convenient drop off chute and locker pickup. Fair pricing. Update 2020: used to have laundry service. Now only coin operated.

In the websites it states that for 11kgs wash is $3.00 but by then it is $5.00. It just a trick to get customers.

I feel like laundromats in Singapore are generally overpriced, and despite there being dozens of chains (all using the same setup) and like 100 locations around the city, they all seem to charge the exact same pricing. That I see most laundromats minimally busy and in fact on my visit here I was the only person for the whole 2 hours I went probably echos that feeling. Door Step Laundry is a pretty good place to get wash done though if you need a laundromat. The 24 hour availability is nice. They have promotional pricing if you start a cycle during business hours on weekdays (8am-6pm) which saves you S$2 on a normal wash. The speedqueen wash cycles are pretty thorough and quick. And it includes detergent and softener automatically. The normal wash got my clothes clean and smelling good. The dryers are also very large and quick -- my 11kg load was dry within 15 minutes. Bring sufficient amounts of $2 and $5 bills, as you exchange your bills in a vending machine for tokens to operate the machine. Plan out how many tokens you will need, as the machines don't give change and the tokens are non-refundable, so you don't want to be left with extra tokens if you don't plan to visit frequently. It's a relatively small location, just 6 washers, 4 dryers. But the place is clean, has tables for folding your laundry, chairs for waiting, and free wifi to use. Overall a good option to use if you're staying in a nearby hostel or hotel. Lots of lost & found student ID cards makes it seem like most of their business is nearby hostels.
