β β β β β Great deal from shopee. However bad experience when we went to redeem on 29 Aug. A Chinese young man was extremely rude as he treated customers like we owed him money.
We missed out on redeeming 1 voucher and went back a second time to redeem, but he showed his unhappiness behind his mask and told us off disgruntlingly with condescending eyes to redeem all at one time. After saying, he turned his head away.
To OWNER of Mr Youtiao, please take this seriously as your staff whom you are paying salary is sabotaging you behind the back. Instead of attracting more customers, he is chasing your customers away and wasting your effort.

β β β β β Extremely rude staff except for one Filipino guy. All the Chinese male staff have very black face like they're doing us a big favour serving us and that we owe them big time. Aunty who made hot drinks is still ok compared to the rest. Owner should seriously think about changing the staff given that their food is not exactly cheap, $8.50 to $9.50 for set meals, if they want customers to return. I mostly buy the set from Shopee at very low price. Even that I don't think I want to return and put up with the attitude.

β β β β β Being a 1st time user of Shoppee scan and pay I was having difficulties trying to buy and use the shoppee app. After a few failed attempts, I was expecting the staff to get impatient with me but instead she was very patient and when other customers were in the Q, she politely asked me to step aside. As I continued to struggle with the app and the food I ordered was ready, she offered me to bring my food and take a seat without giving me any pressure. Thanks Dana and keep up the good attitude!

β β β β β Dabao this curry chicken set $7.20 from Mr Youtiao(rice + youtiao) today,first bite chicken is very hard and it's not completely cooked.
Their use scissors cut the chicken infront me, said this is completely cooked,because is frozen chicken was like that??,if completely cooked I won't complain lo....bad service

β β β β β Is a upper You Tiao store that sell you tiao soya bean drink higher than any other markets you tiao soya bean drinks... They do have porridge, curry, assam, Tom yum etc local delicacies... A little n nice store right in the basement of century square in tampines next to the MRT station...

2nd time here. I tried their curry noodles once and it was not too bad, though not really the spicy curry i like. Tried the original noodle soup this time, average decent bowl to fill you up. $8.60 for a set, not too bad i guess?
Space are limited though!
