★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tasty Chinese beef noodles. The sauerkraut beef noodles were a little too salty and we preferred the signature beef noodles. Black fungus was a bit unseasoned for our tastes, but perhaps this is the norm for Chinese food. Will return to try the mala beef noodles as it seemed like a popular choice amongst other diners.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Still consistent and superb as always, we've been to every of their outlets in Singapore, and this is the first time I gave a 4 ⭐. And the 'culprit' was the fried noodles, think the frying time was a little rushed, so the flavor didn't penetrate as much as what we've always experienced. It's still very good to be honest, just slightly below their usual high standards. We've also had their dry and soup noodles (no pictures) - they were very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered the mala beef noodles and had dumplings as well. Quite pleased to see that the noodles are customizable (spicy level, type and thickness of noodles, with or without coriander/leek). Cold side dishes such as black fungus, cucumbers and peanuts can be taken from the fridge immediately upon ordering as well.
The noodles and dumplings is served really quickly and they tasted good. What is praiseworthy is the level of service from the waiters in the restaurant. Kudos to their speedy service, prompt attention and proactiveness in attending to the patrons.

A wee bit salty for my taste. Price is comparable to the other beef noodle store, nuodle, in tampines hub.
Overall, they are really comparable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Order the signature beef noodles. The soup is flavourful and gentle on taste. But I feel it is a tad bit salty, not sure if it is because of the chilli sauce or the soup itself. But the chilli is not spicy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bland flavour soup stock during our visit but your experience might differ. Reasonable pricing, 4 dollars top-up gets you a drink and a side dish plus an egg so you literally can eat one meal and be done for the rest of the day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Under my expectations. Firstly, the noodle they made didn’t seem had quality control, they didn’t remove the front part where the hand pull those noodles. (I have included the pic for this) secondly, the spicy sauce seemed no difference as 老干妈. I don’t feel special for that spicy sauce. The beef they gave seemed not generous enough.
