MST Golf Super Store Suntec City Mall - 3 Temasek Blvd

The only good thing about this place is the huge variety of brands and products available for golfers. We were looking at golf shirts for a good 10-15 minutes and nobody bothered to help us out. A middle aged lady just hovered around with closed body language around us. After we took 2 shirts, ready to pay, she promptly walked to us and took them from us to the cashier. She didn’t even tell us where to pay etc. During payment at the cashier, the cashier assumed we knew about the exchange policy by saying “Oh so you’re aware of our exchange policy right?” Well, nobody helped us and told us anything. Nobody even asked if we got the right sizes etc and who were the shirts for etc. I think the management should look into training the staff better in terms of customer service, seeing that lots of avid golfers patronise this shop.

Had almost everything I would need for golf, except that I am a lefty lady golfer, so everything I needed or wanted wasn't available. Amelia at the store took care of it and helped my place an order for the Ping clubs for left handed ladies set and kept me updated on the progress and shipment. Finally received it and live everything about their service here.

I bought a wedge there after some trials. Staff are generally helpful there, e.g. Maran was thoughtful as he took the initiative to do an exchange for me when I spotted a crack/scratch on the new wedge I just bought but after a few shots.

Really Bad service at the so called "flagship store" Twice i had very bad service and from the same staff. 1) wanted to get the mizunos 223 irons, so i went down to get assistance and possible a fit. an aged Indian tall and thin sales rep reach out to me and keep pushing me to confirm 1min into our conversation. He basically was if you not buying now, i am leaving. so i asked to be fitted, and how it works in MST. He suddenly turn and left me alone to attend to another customer at the cashier then there after i waited for a good 10mins and before i reach out to him again he attended again to another person at the counter to earn his commission i guess. I left without bothering. 2) i wanted a Cobra king utility Driving iron . I FB msg MSTGolf that told me likely they have it at suntec/citysquare mall. i did my due diligence to call up and was told there was in suntec. i drove down and when i reached. i was told sorry they DID NOT HAVE IT they only have hybrids. but i specifically mentioned utility driving irons and even paste the link to MST. sigh. iwasted a trip and the same tall indian guy approached me when he said don't have i asked if they have other drivings irons for me to explore he said he will get back and i waited again for 15mins before i left the shop 2nd time frustrated

I lost my wallet after buying a golf club from MST in January. They have great customer service and tried to help me find my wallet. - they took the initiative to check their video cameras - they called me to update me on what the camera saw - they called me again a few days later to check on me They help me improve with my swing too, and gave me advice on what type of clubs to buy

I had to regrip 13 clubs, few hours after bringing in my set, Marn was already finished and I couldn't be happier with the work he did. Super fast, very low price and great effort by everyone involved. Marn i don't know what they pay you but you definitely deserve a raise!

I just bought myself a set of clubs and a driver from MST Suntec. Very pleasant experience. Chris and Marlon are so accommodating and patient. Marlon was such a great help with my club fit. This is a great place to shop for golf clubs. Good experiences always make for better golf games, I believe. Thank you MST. I’m heading back there for the rest of my golf paraphernalia.
