★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On 1st August, i have purchased a sum of AUD 1000 with SGD 1050. The rate offer by Deen today is 1 AUD to 1.035 SGD, hence suppose there should be a change/return of S$15 dollar but i didn't receive. I realise after a short while so i return back to them and ask, they say they will check only on Sunday with CCTV. I seriously doubt will them and why cant they check after working hour. Anyway, i have left my number, waiting for them to call me back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience with Deen money changer !! I've changed myr 5000 to sgd and the guy quoted me sgd 1600 at first. However, as on the currency converter it is showing sgd 1648 but i still continue to changed and he agreed to give me sgd 1610 not knowing they cheated on the currency. There after within an hour i went to vivo city money changer and ask how much will i get if i change myr 5000 and the person said the amount will be sgd 1645. That is alot of difference !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has some of the best exchange rates in this area in town. Super trust-worthy guys. I always check 5 or 6 money changers before I change and these guys are always the best. Nice and friendly too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff with very, very poor attitude. No service with any smile, only a grouchy face. And this applies for all staffs. Does not even greet you to ask for your needs. Just finger pointing to other staffs. It's like we're at their mercy for their service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t usually do reviews but this one is rly bad.Was taking out my phone to check the exchange rate and got screamed at. Bad rates and bad service. Don’t exchange there just because the location is convenient, take a 5-10 minute walk to lucky plaza and get better exchange rate there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually i do not give any comments. This is the 1st time i do it because i can't believe there's such horrible service around in this world. Shooting insults and screaming at you when u just want some peace doing some calculation. Super horrible and grouchy man and I'm surprise why the shop is still around. Avoid at all cost! Not worth getting bash for such poor rates.
