★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Snowy’s first experience there was amazing. I booked a trial session as I wasn’t sure if Snowy was going to be enjoying her time there, and the very next day, I booked the swimming pass for Snowy!
The staff told us in detail where were the facilities and could quickly notice that Snowy was a little timid and told us to enter the pool by the shallow side. They also responded fast to all my questions and even quickly assisted me when I made a wrong booking date. However, I wished they provided a dryer so that we can dry our dog before heading home.
All in all, great service, happy dog!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my dog, Coco, for her first swimming experience at Mutts & Mittens last week and both of us had such a wonderful afternoon in the pool. Not only were the pool and the equipment well maintained, Mutts & Mittens also provided a trained professional for Coco who was swimming for the first time. With the help of the trained professional, Coco managed to slowly overcome her fear of the water and was able to swim, walk and even play in the water by the end of the session. Would strongly recommend this place to pawrents who would like to let their pets try out swimming.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought Tofu for his 1st swim yesterday and experience was great! Staffs at M&M are super friendly and there are staffs constantly watching out at pool area when swim session is on...The pool is warm and clean..swim vest is also available for the doggies and comes in super handy for 1st time swimmer like Tofu ? Showering area is also huge and clean...Tofu is going back very very soon ? will be considering daycare for him too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Summer always had a great time at Mutts and Mittens Active so we will continue to purchase swimming package with them.
The pool/surrounding area is well maintained, have a spacious shower area and are always kept clean. They also have a decent sized dog run which is definitely a plus point.
Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice and friendly environment with swimming daily for my dog. Timely updates with photos and videos of my dog too! The staff was very nice and passionate in caring for my dog. Reliable and secured with CCTV access so can have ease of mind to leave our dog at their care.

We Love Golden Retrievers on Google
★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our Golden Retriever had a great time. It was her 1st time at Mutts and Mitten's active. With other dogs in the pool, she was confident jumping in and enjoyed herself thoroughly, playing with other dogs that were mostly friendly.
We also noticed that there were staff constantly on the watch at the poolside. The shower areas and pool was clean, and at the conclusion of the session, we also noticed they did cleaning as well to keep it well-maintained.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Duke has been going to Mutts and Mittens for daycare regularly. We started off by using the pool regularly for swims, but seeing how friendly and helpful the staff were, I decided to send him for daycare. What attracted me was the fact that he could get a swim done during daycare as well. Duke is well taken care of, and loves going to M&M! It’s very evident how he adores staff and gets super excited once we park the car. I highly recommend them. Thanks for taking care of him, we are forever grateful to you guys!
