My experience with Shaggywagon was before they had their own place and went around grooming pets with their van. I have a Samoyed who is afraid of water and quite noisy. They came to our house (van broke down) and did the grooming pretty well even though my dog was not very cooperative. He had a haircut which grew out really well (didn’t look the best at the start as I requested for a shorter cut because of the hot weather). Would definitely engage them again. They are experienced and will take care of your dog. Price was also really reasonable and their service was better than other more expensive places we went before.

Literally an awesome hangout for dogs! A few days ago my schnauzer went for grooming and I picked him up from there, squeaky clean with a fresh cut. Also left him there for daycare today and he was well taken care of and made to feel very very comfortable, thanks to all the staff! Environment is super clean as well. Definitely coming back here again for their services!!

Shaggy Hangout is a great grooming center for my puppy. Their team is highly responsible and friendly, and the place is extremely sanitary and clean-smelling. The staffs are very knowledgeable on dogs and are always willing to answer any quieres. They are a very trustable grooming and day care center. Snowy never fails to have a blast interacting with their dogs there. Would definitely recommend!!

3rd time grooming! Great team and very responsive. My schedule has been too hectic to take my fur baby somewhere, so the pickup and drop off service were so worth it, and easy to schedule, I did everything via what's app. I get updates and pictures during the groom and felt at ease that my dog is in good hands! Our dogs love grooming at Shaggy Wagon! The owner is very professional and kind. She makes extra effort for all the dogs at the shop and is always there. The dogs are always excited to go for grooming and always come back with a smile!

Friendly and professional services. Was recommended Shaggy Hangout by a friend, for my sister's dog, but was sceptical at first because I had never heard of this place before, but we decided to try as my friend eas raving about it . Long story short, we were extremely pleasantly surprised, by the nice and warm environment, and the professional, yet caring and friendly customer service. My sister's pet was very well taken care of and very much pampered. In fact he didn't want to leave at the end of the day! Very much recommended for pet lovers who are looking for the special touch.

I sent Ritchie to Shaggy Hangout for grooming on February 14 and after grooming, we went to pick him. He came out with a wound. He also a hind leg that's injured, which had him hobbling badly. We had to rush him to the neighbourhood vet, and upon examination and Xray, the vet ascertained Ritchie had undergone a traumatic event, had fresh dog bite wounds, and was doubtful his injured hind leg would recover fully. We had Ritchie hospitalised overnight. The boss of the grooming shop has claimed ignorance, which caused us a lot of grief as we did not know what happened during grooming. The CCTV in the shop was ‘not working’ and hence couldn’t shed light on what had happened. We reported to AVS. After confronting her on what happened to Ritchie at her shop, for which we got no answers, she never once reached out to us on whether Ritchie is dead or alive. We sent in a perfectly healthy active dog and he came out injured and traumatised.

Impeccable full service! Our french bulldog has been a regular at their daycare and for their grooming every week for 3 years now. All our shampoos and foods, snacks are also from Shaggy Wagon. Our dog absolutely loves going to Shaggy Wagon. He recognises certain names of regular dogs at Shaggy Wagon and gets excited even when those names are mentioned at home! Shaggy Wagon picks and drops off our dog every week. They would later advise on what is required for grooming that week; eg, ear cleaning, nails trimming, bathing etc. We have complete faith in Shaggy Wagon that we entrust our dog entirely to them. The owner is very professional and skilled in grooming and dog characteristics.
