★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We happen to Found this grooming shop near our house, ever since our first visit I would say we never look elsewhere. We been to several grooming shop and when we bring them to other grooming shop they will shiver and refuse to go in. But so far they nv shiver when we bring both dog to petloft for grooming, firstly the environment is very cozy and the staff is very friendly they even our request. When we pickup our dog they seems happy.
I am really really happy we found the right grooming shop for both our doggy! Thank you so much for your patience and love show towards our dog.

He loves going there monthly for his grooming and always look very handsome and joyful after that. The staff are friendly and approachable and is accommodating towards requests made. They are very attentive always keeping me informed of whatever they discover on him so that I can send him to the vet for consultation. The team is always friendly, caring and accommodative to our needs. Sometimes they will surprise us with nice photos taken for my Maltese Skye. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time trying Petloft. Because my dog is a husky, I am extra careful with selecting a groomer. Was very happy when Edison understood when I told him no deshedding. They did an overall trim and it was perfect (look at the pic). Will definitely bring my pup back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live rather far away from Pet Loft, yet I would return to have my dog groomed here not just because of how skillfully the groomers groom my dog, but also because of the groomers' patience! I have a few specific requests, which they always fulfill without fail. Bonus: They have a very cute photobooth spot that is constantly changing. I'm always excited to see the photos afterward! I strongly recommend visiting Pet Loft!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always feel safe and comfortable leaving Junior with the groomers at Pet Loft as they are very patient and meticulous towards their clients and transparent with their processes. When i was there the first time with Junior, they took the time to bring me in and show me their grooming room etc. I also like that the dogs are safely kept in playpens on the ground while waiting for their owners to come back to fetch them. Junior must have enjoyed his grooming with them too as he often looks excited when we enter the shop! :) And the bonus you will get after each grooming session is always a beautiful portrait of your dog with changing themes sent to you! Highly recommended place for your furkid!
