He is genuine, driven and has the interests of his friends (indeed, each person who steps in the gym is immediately elevated to the realm of friendship) held high. Most of all, I am taking my time to write this review for how empathetic he is, to understand the needs of his clients, never being pushy, and having the confidence to let his philosophy and results speak for itself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely dedicated and superb coach. World class equipment. Fantastic ambience. 5mins or less walk from Labrador Park mrt. There's simply no reason why anyone shouldn't check this gym out. I decided to have a workout here one morning and never looked back..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome space. Aside from looking so pretty, classes are targeted to crowds who are looking for serious training and improving themselves.
And the best thing is their Opening hours on weekends and there isn't an Open gym time restriction!
