They are also well versed in bicycle specifications and would go an extra mile just to ensure we walk out of the store happy. Besides that, they are easily accessible even by mode of cycling as they are located near railway corridor cycling path. Highly recommend paying a visit there.

I would like to emphasize that this amazing team takes customer's feedback seriously, genuinely care about biker's safety, and highly professional about their work. I have full respect for their passion and sincerity.

I would like to thank all the Treknology3 team for doing a great job. And special Thanks to MARK, who's always been there to answer all my inquiries, and to reserved my fuel Ex. Without him i wouldn't be able to get my fuel ex. Mark also helped me to set up my bike suspensions sag and rebound and customised my HB and stem. He's a Great man with skills.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came to Trek to look for a bicycles with bigger wheels for my boy as he had outgrown his current one. José showed us three 20 inch Trek bicycles, one with gear. He suggested my boy to test ride the bicycles around the building car park as the shop is filled with bicycles.
After testing, we decided to buy one of the bicycles. We are happy with his recommendation, his patience, his customer service to customer regardless of price of purchase and he also checked everything is good in the bicycles before we make payment.
We took my boy for a ride in the evening and he enjoyed cycling once again. Now that the machine is one of the best in its class, the rest is the man (boy). ?
