While we were prepared to change out the frame and such, Jean patiently advised on various options possible forward and the problem was resolved in the most satisfactory manner possible. Thank you Jean for the superb customer service and technical knowledge. We know where and who to approach in future should we encounter door problems ☺️?

When I rang up the company, seeking some repair, They asked for some pictures to see the condition of the door to help them assess the door's condition. They concluded that I could repair it for free, if I do some simple fixing. When I chose the lazy route and ask for their carpenter, the response was, "Do you really want to spend so much money?" I was surprised, because the person explained that i was really easy to do. They are even willing to supply me with a new ball bearing, for free, with postage!". They also gave me home made videos on the steps to take, for the repair. In case you wonder, I have no vested interest and not paid to review. I simply want to share that such aftersales (20 years later!!!) is still there! We have all heard of 5 or even 10 year service but 20 years? Kudos!

This time I have engaged them to install new door closer, change door locksets, realign and revanish all my doors and window. They have definitely did a great job otherwise I wont be looking for them after 19years.

I am really happy with the barn doors that i got from Yong Fang, in fact those doors are my ultimate favourite part of the house and i do not regret any dollars spent on these doors. they are not the cheapest door which you can get out there but these are solid woods and most importantly the quality and service are top notch. JEAN was very helpful throughout, from even my initial enquiries to the day of installation. Most enjoyable part of the whole reno journey! i will definitely go back to Yong Fang when i can upgrade my other doors ?

She is very helpful and gave us really good ideas. The door turned put to be absolutely beautiful. Just look at both views of the door, so intricately done. Shirley and her team of staff certainly did a great job. Highly recommended!!
